Conference Overview
The International Conference on Forensic Computer Science seeks to promote the research and development of new computer forensic techniques and tools. The topics of interest include Computer Law, Digital Investigation, Intrusion Prevention and Detection, Biometrics, Criminology, Cryptology, Information & Network Security, International Police Cooperation, Secure Software Development and all other related and application areas.
Location
This year's conference will take place at the sunny city of Natal, in the northeast of Brazil.

Best Paper Award
The best paper will be selected based on input from the reviewers and conference organizing committee. Papers will be judged for their clarity, innovation of work, paper's potential importance in the field of Forensic Computer Science and its practical impact on Cyber Crime investigation/combat. The best paper award it will be granted an award of R$2,000.00 (approx. US$900), an award plaque, certificate, regular air tickets for one of the authors, up to a three night stay at the conference hotel (for one of the authors including breakfast and lunch) and a per diem allowance of approx. US$60.
